A Mellow Cresciano "New King Lines"

When a snowstorm shuts down Val Bavona, the Mellow crew drops down the valley to Cresciano, the Ticino boulder field that has been producing hard classics since the late nineties. Giuliano Cameroni climbs with Daisuke Ichimiya, Clément Lechaptois, Marine Thevenet and his brother Diego Cameroni, working an infamous long-standing project alongside a set of newer lines in the area.

It is a home-turf film, and it shows. The pace is unhurried, the cast is a group of friends rather than a roster of names, and the appeal is watching people who know this granite intimately keep finding things left to do on it. Good for anyone who likes development work more than send footage.
