Distance is one of the named problems in the Rocklands cited by visiting climbers. As with many of the valley’s notable lines, it rewards repeated attempts and attention to pacing and sequence memory. The problem is part of the area’s mix of technical and powerful moves on abrasive sandstone and is typically tackled within the context of a season-long campaign where climbers rotate through multiple projects and refine links across many sessions.
